1. Returns and Refunds Policy
Defects? Don’t worry! You have 14 days to return your item to us for an exchange. To exchange your item, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. The item being exchanged must be in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead. A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. For more information, please email us at [email protected]

2. Shipping Policy
Free shipping for orders above RM150 within Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery costs for Sabah and also Sarawak will be charged according to the price stipulated by the logistics provider. We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you of this to the extent permitted by law, however, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Your order will be despatched within 2-3 working days.
We shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by the courier service. We, however, can assure you that we will pack your order with utmost care and protection.
3. Payment Policy
For all orders made from us, you can pay via internet banking or with a valid credit or debit card.
